Customer must contact Pet Arabia and the product to be exchanged/refunded must be delivered back to Pet Arabia by the customer within the mentioned days. Product must be new with its original package and tags. Promotion terms and conditions will be applied for the return or exchange of those items which were bought while it was in promotion.
