Refund and Exchange policy: Food and hygiene products cannot be exchanged or refunded for health and safety concerns. 3 days for refund and 14 days for an exchange from the date of purchase. Customer must contact Pet Arabia and the product to be exchanged/refunded must be delivered back to Pet Arabia by the customer within the mentioned days. Product must be new with its original package and tags. Promotion terms and conditions will be applied for the return or exchange of those items which were bought while it was in promotion.
Measuring Tips:
- Measure your dog for a perfect fit. Sizing should allow room for you to put 2
fingers to fit between the cloth and pet.
- If any of the measurements are in-between 2 sizes, please go with bigger
size.
- Your pups usually wear “Small Size” does not mean all “Small Size” outfit
will fit your Pup.

- There could be 2-3cm differs due to manual measurement.
- Due to the screen differences the colour may be a little different from what
you except.
