Refund and Exchange policy: Food and hygiene products cannot be exchanged or refunded for health and safety concerns. 3 days for refund and 14 days for an exchange from the date of purchase. Customer must contact Pet Arabia and the product to be exchanged/refunded must be delivered back to Pet Arabia by the customer within the mentioned days. Product must be new with its original package and tags. Promotion terms and conditions will be applied for the return or exchange of those items which were bought while it was in promotion.
Directions for use: Dilute 1:50 of Purrify Dental Water with your pet's normal drinking water. Allow two minutes for the liquids to completely dissolve to create a hygienic mixture that would clean your pet's teeth, reduce bad breath and protect overall health of the mouth.
